Founding team
Co-Founder & Head of Strategy
Averil leads strategy at Liberation Global, helping build relationships across education, entrepreneurship, technology, and social impact. Her work focuses on developing partnerships, connecting organizations and professionals, and creating opportunities that help young people access practical skills and resources.
Co-Founder & Head of Operations
Esi leads operational planning and coordination at Liberation Global. Her role focuses on the internal processes, coordination, and practical systems needed to support effective program delivery and collaboration with partners.
Co-Founder & Head of Ghana Programs and Community Partnerships
Mawuena leads on-the-ground engagement in Ghana. She builds relationships with schools and local stakeholders and assesses practical needs such as equipment, logistics, and program costs, so our initiatives reflect local realities.
